Frequently Asked Questions for Visitors入場・事前登録
SCAJ2026にはどうすれば入場できますか？
「公式サイト＞来場のご案内トップ」ページから事前登録をしてご来場ください。登録（決済）後に発行される入場バッジ（A4・四つ折り）を印刷してお持ちいただくと、受付を通らずにスムーズにご入場いただけます。
コーヒーが好きな一般人でも入場できますか？
はい。本展は業界関係者の商談を主目的とした専門展示会ですが、一般の方もご来場いただけます。
南ホールを中心に一部ブースおよびCoffee Villageエリアでは、一般の方に向けた展示、試飲、販売などを行っています。また、イベントステージでは各種競技会など、様々なイベントをご観覧いただけます。
入場バッジは必ず印刷しないといけませんか？
いいえ。印刷してお持ちいただくことが難しい場合は、会場受付でも印刷が可能です。マイページのQRコードをご提示ください。当日受付は混雑する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
入場料／事前登録は来場する日ごとに必要ですか？
いいえ。一度お支払い／ご登録いただくと、発行された入場バッジで4日間すべてご入場いただけます。入場バッジを忘れずにお持ちください。紛失した場合は受付にて再発行が可能です。
事前登録はいつまで可能ですか？
受付前であれば当日会場での事前登録も可能です。最終日（9/27）の16時頃までオンラインでの事前登録を受け付けます。
招待状・お支払い
招待状はどうすればもらえますか？
招待状はSCAJ会員向けにお送りしているほか、出展者のお取引先様、お客様、関係者様などに配布しています。恐れ入りますが、本展では招待状の直接請求を受け付けておりません。招待状をお持ちでない場合は入場料が必要となります。
事前登録後に招待状を入手しました。どうすればよいですか？
決済前の場合、「マイページ＞登録者情報」から招待コードを入力して登録を完了することができます。入場料をお支払い済みの場合、恐れ入りますがご返金はいたしかねます。
クレジットカードを持っていません。当日支払いできますか？
はい。クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は、予め事前登録を済ませ、入場料を当日お支払いいただくことも可能です。

入場料の領収書は発行できますか？
はい。発行できます。
オンライン決済の場合は、決済完了後にメールで領収書をお送りしております。（メール件名：SCAJ Conference Office - 株式会社マルベリープランニングの領収書）
当日、会場受付にてお支払いいただく場合は、お支払いの際にスタッフまでお声がけください。
セミナー・イベント
セミナーに参加したい場合はどうすればよいですか？
「イベント・セミナー」ページのタイムテーブルから参加したいセミナーの受講予約ページに進み、お申込みください。定員に達した場合は受付を終了します。当日空席がある場合は予約なしでも受講を受け付けます。ご希望の場合は、開始時間前にセミナー会場にお越しください。一部セミナーは招待者のみを対象としておりますのでご了承ください。
イベント・競技会を見るにはどうすればよいですか？
事前予約は不要です。来場登録をお済ませのうえ、直接イベント会場にお越しください。
会場でのご案内・設備
子どもも入場できますか？入場料はかかりますか？
中学生以下のお子様は、保護者の同伴があればご入場いただけます。入場料はかかりません（登録不要）。
会場内には施工の都合により所々段差があります。乳幼児をお連れの場合は特にご注意ください。ベビーカーは受付インフォメーションカウンターにてお預かり可能です。
車椅子で入場できますか？
車椅子でのご入場は可能ですが、会場内には施工の都合により所々大きな段差があります。予めご了承のうえご来場ください。
東京ビッグサイト バリアフリー情報
会場内にWi-fiはありますか？
一部エリアでは無料Wi-fiサービスを提供しております。場所は当日会場の案内パネルでご確認ください。
会場内に食事のできる場所はありますか？
南3ホールのキッチンカーエリアで軽食を販売しております。そのほか東京ビッグサイト内の各飲食店などをご利用ください。

Frequently Asked Questions for Visitors
Admission & Pre-registration
How do I go to SCAJ2026?
Pre-register on the SCAJ2026 website. Once you have registered you will be able to print out your Visitor Badge (A4), printing and having this pass ready beforehand will make for a smooth entry without the need to register on site.
Is SCAJ open to the general public?
Yes! Although this exhibition's main purpose is to serve as a space and opportunity for business, it is also open to the general public. In the South Hall and mainly the Coffee Village areas, there are exhibits and booths to be enjoyed by general visitors as well as competitions and events on the event stage that are free to watch.
Do I have to have my admission pass printed?
No. If you are not able to print your pass beforehand, you can have it printed on site. Bring your QR code found on the MyPage to the registration desk.
Please be aware that the onsite registration desk is expected to be busy and may take some time.
Do I have to register for each day that I plan to go?
No. You only have to register/pay once, your admission pass is valid for all 4 days of the event. In the case that you have lost your pass, it can be re-issued at the onsite registration desk.
Until when can I pre-register?
Pre-Registration is available until 4PM of the final day, 27th of September.
You can pre-register at any time before entry as long as you have not already registered onsite.
Invitations & Payment
How do I receive an invitation?
Invitations are sent out to members of the SCAJ, clients of exhibitors and related persons.
Unfortunately we do not provide invitations on request, without an invitation, you are required to pay the admission fee.
What do I do if I receive an invitation after I have already Pre-Registered?
If you have not already paid the admission fee, you can enter the code printed on your invitation on the MyPage and complete registration.
If you have already paid the admission fee, we cannot offer refunds.
I don't have a credit card, can I pay on site?
Yes. Even if you don't have a credit card, as long as you have completed pre-registration, there are available payment methods on site.
You can pay on site by cash, credit card(VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX/Diners/Discover), and other forms of cashless payment including QR and IC payments.
Could I receive a receipt for the admission fee?
Yes. We can issue a receipt.
For online payments, a receipt will be sent to you by email once your payment has been completed.

If you pay at the venue reception desk on the day of the event, please ask a member of staff for a receipt when making your payment.
Seminars & Events
What do I do if I want to take part in a seminar?
You can register by going to the timetable on the Events and Seminars page on the website.
There are only a limited number of slots available for each seminar, once it is full, registrations will become unavailable.
If there are open slots still available, you can participate by going directly to the Seminar room onsite.
Please be aware that some seminars are only available for certain members.
How do I watch the events and competitions?
Once you have registered for admission to SCAJ2026, you are free to watch the events and competitons on stage.
At the Venue
Can I bring my child? Will they also be charged an admission fee?
If your child is under the age of 15 and an adult is present, they are not subject to admission fees or the need to pre-register.
Due to the nature of the event and building of the booths, there are steps throughout the halls.
SCAJ2026 may not be fully accessible for visitors using prams (baby carriage) or bringing young children. We are happy to assist and keep prams at the information desk during your visit.
Can I enter with a wheelchair?
Yes but please be aware that due to the nature of the event and the layout of booths, there are steps and bumps throughout the hall.

Is there Wi-Fi onsite?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available in some areas. Find out more on information panels onsite.
Is there a space for food and drinks onsite?
Yes, there will be food carts in the South hall 3, there are also restaurants available within Tokyo Big Sight.
