All visitors, including invitation holders, must pre-register.

Visitors without an invitation are required to pay the admission fee.
*Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once payment is completed.

How to Register
STEP 1
Complete your visitor registration
Select “Proceed to Pre-registration” and enter your visitor information and questionnaire responses.
Review the Terms and Conditions, select the agreement checkbox, and confirm the information entered.If you have an invitation, enter the invitation code shown on it.
After registration is complete, login details for My Page will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep this information safe.
STEP 2
Pay the admission fee
For visitors without an invitation
If you do not have an invitation, proceed to online payment after completing registration and pay the admission fee of JPY 2,000 (tax included).
You may also pay at the venue. However, the reception desk is expected to be busy, so we recommend paying online in advance.

STEP 3
Prepare your visitor badge
Open your visitor badge from the registration completion screen or My Page. Print it in color on A4-size paper and bring it with you to the venue.
If you are unable to print the badge in advance, present the badge on your smartphone or other device at the reception desk.
If payment has not been completed, present your provisional registration ticket at the on-site payment counter. A visitor badge will be issued after payment.
Pre-registration Notes
• SCAJ2026 is primarily a trade exhibition for business meetings among coffee industry professionals, but it is also open to the general public.
• Please review and agree to the Terms and Conditions on the registration page before attending.
• Visitors without an invitation are required to pay the admission fee. Individual requests for invitations cannot be accepted.
• Visitor badges are valid throughout the four-day event and allow multiple entries during the exhibition period.
• Each visitor badge is valid only for the registered attendee and may not be lent or transferred to another person.
• Each visitor must register individually. Group registration is not available.
• To help reduce congestion at the reception desk, please complete registration and prepare your visitor badge before arriving.
• If you are unable to pre-register, please register at the reception desk on the day of your visit.
• Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once payment is completed.
Important Notes for Visitors
Prohibited Activities at the Venue
• Distributing flyers or engaging in solicitation, promotional activities, or sales activities directed at exhibitors or visitors is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so may be asked to leave and may be refused admission to future events.
• Do not interfere with exhibitors’ business activities or disturb other visitors.
Purchases and Valuables
• The organizer cannot accept responsibility for disputes related to purchases made at the venue.
• Visitors are responsible for their own valuables. The organizer cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or unattended belongings.
Admission and Safety
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
• Some areas may have steps or changes in floor level due to exhibition installations. Please watch your step.
• Please follow all instructions given by event staff and security personnel.
Personal Information and Official Photography
• Personal information provided during registration may be used by the organizer and event office to provide information about events, seminars, membership, and related activities organized by SCAJ.
• Official photography and video recording will take place at the venue. Images and footage may be used for publicity and promotional purposes.
Press Registration
Members of the media who wish to cover SCAJ2026 must submit an application in advance using the Press Application Form and report to the Press Reception Desk on the day of their visit.
At reception, please present identification or a business card confirming your affiliation with a media organization.
